Buckingham at Tampa Palms is a private, deed-restricted, gated community in prestigious Tampa Palms, a master-planned community located 15 miles north of downtown Tampa. Buckingham consists of 105 beautiful contemporary homes nestled within pristine wetland conservation areas, among picturesque views of wildlife, ponds, and nature preserves. Conveniently located near blue-ribbon schools (Tampa Palms Elementary, Liberty Middle, and Freedom High), the Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club, and numerous retail shopping outlets and restaurants, Buckingham is a tranquil, family-oriented community that residents love to call home.

Incorporated in 2002, the Buckingham Homeowners Association is entrusted with the responsibility to keep our community beautiful, safe, and friendly. This website is intended to serve as a one-stop informative resource for  current and prospective residents of the Buckingham community.

Buckingham is located in Area 3 of TPOST CDD. The developer Warren Kinsler did not plan amenities such as common tennis courts, swimming pool, playground etc. for this Area / layout. Regarding fitness and outdoor recreation options for this Area, numerous private, county and town facilities exist nearby. Please enquire with them regarding the fees to use them. Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club, YMCA, ESporta Fitness, LA fitness, Crunch, Orangetheory Fitness, West Meadows Country Club, Compton Park, Amberly Park, Flatwoods, New Tampa Nature Park, and so on are nearby.
